Ventol Group expands its HR Team!
To support ongoing company growth and the delivery of employment best practice, Ventol Group has expanded its HR team with the appointment of Molly Pallett as HR Manager.
Reporting to Ventol Group’s Business Manager, Amy Tasker, Molly’s responsibilities include managing the group’s HR department, ensuring group HR requirements are met and overseeing employee recruitment, appraisals and professional development.
She brings more than two years dedicated HR experience and previously worked for a large construction sector business.
Based in Tamworth in the West Midlands, Ventol Group provides the complete range of hard facilities management, repair, maintenance, mechanical and electrical, and statutory compliance services via four core business units: Ventol Fire & Security, Ventol Maintenance, Iris VBS and Ventol Building Fabric.
